What are the delivery times?

Switzerland

All orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1:00 pm are generally sent to the Swiss Post on the same day, provided that the products are in stock.

If the product is in stock:

Available immediately, shipped within 1-3 business day(s)

If the product is out of stock:

The delay is indicated under the product sheet

Europe & Other Countries

For foreign countries and depending on the expedition place, the freights and packaging costs differ according to the geographical zone to which each county belongs.

Tracking of your package

When your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you. It will contain the tracking number of your package.

You can also follow the progress of your order at any time on your customer account in the section "My orders":

  • Status "In preparation": your order is being prepared. It has not yet been delivered to the carrier.
  • Status "Delivered in A+" or "Colissimo": your package has been taken in charge by the carrier, the delivery is in progress.
  • Status "Delivered" : the delivery has been made to your home.

Damage due to transport

When you receive the package, Lora&Moi advises you to examine the merchandise carefully and to report any damage as soon as possible.

Exchange and Returns

You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to return the product(s) you do not wish to keep.

Jewelry must not have been worn and must be returned new in its packaging.

Lora&Moi does not take back engraved or personalized products or unique pieces.
