Return

You want to return an item, we give you this possibility:

An item doesn’t match your taste or expectations, Lora&Moi grants you a right of return of 14 days (with effect from the date of receipt of your order) to return the product you don’t wish to keep.

The returned item must be in perfect condition, neither worn nor used, otherwise it will be fully invoiced to you. Moreover, it must be returned in its original packaging (including box and operating instructions). Insofar as an accessory delivered with a product (box, operating instructions, etc.) would be missing, it will be billed CHF 10.- per piece.

Lora& Moi doesn’t take back any engraved or custom items, single pieces, etc.

The return must be made by registered post. Please enclose a copy of the relevant invoice or delivery note and send it to the following address:

In case of insecure return, you must take the entire responsibility of the risks linked to the return of the product. Furthermore, the costs for the return are at your expense, except if Lora&Moi has made a mistake in the delivery so that the product must be returned.

Warranty

All our products have a warranty of 2 years including the absence of defects and their good working.

Lora&Moi can execute the warranty service using the following ways:

  • Free repairing;
  • Partial or complete replacement by a product of the same value;
  • A credit at the daily price, at maximum the selling price at the moment of the order.

A warranty of 1 year is applied for the products designated as « exhibition items », « demo items », « repaired », « recycled », «test product».

These items are not new and could have some visible defects or have been refurbished. This is why they are sold to a reduced price. These visible defects are not included in the warranty and are mentioned on the data sheet of the products.

The warranty doesn’t cover the usual wear and tear of the products (scratches, distortions, loss of crystals due to a fall, shock on the product or bad use).

Periodic services, batteries, glasses and watch straps are not included in the warranty and are at your expense.

All out-of-warranty repairing costs are at your expense.
