How do I return an item?

If you do not like an product or if it does not correspond to your expectations, Lora&Moi gives you a 30-day return period (from the reception of your order) to send back the product that you do not want to keep.

You can make the return by registered mail or with tracking, accompanied by a copy of the invoice or delivery note referring to your order at one of the following addresses

In the case of a non-secure return, you will be responsible for the entire risk of returning the product. 

What are the conditions to return your jewelry?

  • It must not contain any trace of wear and tear and must not have been worn outside the fitting
  • It must be returned in its original packaging
  • It must be free of any inscription or personalized engraving

When will I get my money back?

Upon receipt of your package and after verification of the product(s).

If your package meets the return conditions, we will refund the total amount corresponding to the items ordered.


All our products have a 2-year warranty, which includes the absence of defects and their proper functioning.

Lora&Moi may apply the warranty benefit in the following ways:

  • Free repair;
  • Partial or total replacement by a product of the same value;
  • A credit note at the price of the day, at most the selling price at the time of the order.

A 1-year warranty applies to items designated as "display item", "demonstration item", "repair", "recycled", "test product".

These items are not new and could have some visible defects or have been refurbished. This is why they are sold to a reduced price. These visible defects are not included in the warranty and are mentioned on the data sheet of the products.

The warranty doesn’t cover the usual wear and tear of the products (scratches, distortions, loss of crystals due to a fall, shock on the product or bad use).

Periodic services, batteries, glasses and watch straps are not included in the warranty and are at your expense.

All out-of-warranty repairing costs are at your expense.
