How long does it take to process my order?

All orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1:00 pm are generally sent to the Swiss Post on the same day, provided that the products are in stock.

If the product is in stock:

Available immediately, shipped within 1-3 business day(s)

If the product is out of stock:

The delay is indicated under the product sheet

I want to track the delivery of my order, is it possible?

When your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you. It will contain the tracking number of your package.

You can also follow the progress of your order at any time on your customer account in the section "My orders":

  • Status "In preparation": your order is being prepared. It has not yet been delivered to the carrier.
  • Status "Delivered in A+" or "Colissimo": your package has been taken in charge by the carrier, the delivery is in progress.
  • Status "Delivered" : the delivery has been made to your home.
I want to order without creating an account, is it possible?

Yes, it is possible to place an order as a guest.

However, we recommend that you create an account in order to have access to your order history as well as your personal information and order tracking.

Is it possible to change my order?

Yes, if your order is being processed and you want to make changes to it, just contact us.

Some changes to an order may not be feasible.

Will I find an invoice of my package?

Your invoice is available in your web account, under "Orders". You will be able to download it.

I would like to have a gift wrap for my jewelry, is it possible?

All our jewelry is delivered in an elegant box. However, if you wish to have an additional gift wrapping, just let us know when you order.

Delivery

In which countries do you deliver?

We mainly ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. However, orders are also allowed for some foreign countries. The list of countries for which we allow orders can be viewed during the order process at the customer or guest account creation stage.

I would like to have a gift delivered to a different address than mine, is this possible?

Yes, no worries, you can send your gifts to a different delivery address than your billing address.

Return and refund

I want to return a product, how do I proceed?

You can make the return by recommended post or with follow-up, accompanied by a copy of the invoice or the delivery note referring to your order to one of the following addresses.

For Switzerland :

In the event of an unsecured return, you will be responsible for the entire risk of returning the product and its loss.

Please note that shipping costs are at your charge.

I would like to make a gift. Can I exchange my gift if it is not pleasing?

Yes no worries, you have 14 days (from receipt of your order) to return the product.

How will I receive my refund?

The amount of an order paid by credit card/Twint will be re-credited to your bank account.

The amount of an order paid via a PayPal account will be re-credited to your PayPal account.

The order processing time usually takes longer with this payment method (1-2 days).

I want to pay by invoice, is that possible?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to order by invoice. However, we accept advance payment by "Payment slip" for this just contact us.

If you do not have a credit card or Twint to proceed with the payment of your order, you can choose the bank transfer payment option (e-banking) or contact us to arrange an advance payment by "Deposit slip".
