About Lora&Moi

After many years of experience in the distribution and representation of jewels throughout Switzerland, the family business Lora&Moi has decided to widen its horizons and to start selling online.

The quality of our products and services is really important for us. This is why we have for mission to offer you a large selection of jewels, watches and accessories of all kind, able to satisfy all your needs and tastes. Our assortment comprises a huge range of steel, silver, wood, and leather jewels suited the current tendency and to affordable prices. We also attach a big importance to local craft industry. Therefore, we offer you a dedicated area to this on our website. There, you can find unique and original pieces. We send all our jewels, watches and accessories to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and abroad.

Orders

Processing time of my order?

If you place your order before 1pm and during a working day, it will be handed over to the Swiss Post the same day.

The delivery time can be extended in the following cases:

  • First order of a Customer;
  • Products out of stock;
  • Customized items (engravings, special sizes, unique pieces, etc.);

How to use a voucher code?

If you have a promotional voucher code, you can use it by entering it in your shopping cart during the validation process of your order.

How to make the payment of my order?

Lora&Moi offers you various payment methods:

  • By payment in advance;
  • By PostFinance ;
  • By credit cards (Postcard, Visa and Mastercard) ;

How can I access to my order details?

In your customer account, you can find all information related to your orders. Under « Order history and details», you have the possibility to consult your pending orders as well as the ones already completed.

In this section you can also find information about the payment, the availability and the warranty of the ordered items. If you can’t find what you are looking for, please feel free to contact us.

It is possible to modify my order if I have already confirmed it?

Please contact us if your order is in process and that you want to modify it.

Some changes to an order may not be feasible.

Delivery

Where do you deliver your products?

We make deliveries in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and in the rest of the world.

However, the shipping and packaging costs vary depending on the geographical area of the shipment.

Are the methods, delivery times and delivery prices the same for all countries?

Lora&Moi only works with the Swiss Post to send its parcels.

However, the shipping and packaging costs related to the shipment of parcels and the delivery time vary depending on the geographical area of the sending.

Moreover, if your order contains custom items (engravings, special products, unique items, etc.) or products out of stock, the delivery time may be delayed. In this case, we will contact you to inform you about that.

When is my parcel shipped?

Every order made before 1pm during a working day will be shipped the same day.

However, orders for which the payment has not yet been validated or for which certain items can’t be immediately delivered or if the order has been made by new Customer, the process will take longer and these orders will be shipped later.

The delivery time for an item is not mentioned on the online shop. What does this mean?

When the status of an item is not mentioned, it means that we unfortunately don’t know the exact delivery time of our supplier. The website is updated as soon as our supplier informs us about the delivery time.

How can I know where my parcel is?

Once we processed your order and handed it over to the Swiss Post, you receive a shipment confirmation email of your order. This email contains a tracking number "Track & Trace", allowing you to track the delivery of your parcel on the Swiss Post's website.

Right of return

What is the allotted time to return an item?

Lora&Moi grants a right of return of maximum 14 civil days after the receipt of the ordered products. The returned items must be in perfect condition, neither worn nor used, otherwise they will be fully invoiced to the Customer. Moreover, they must be returned in their original packaging (including box and operating instructions). Insofar as an accessory delivered with a product (box, operating instructions, etc.) would be missing, it will be billed CHF 10.- per piece.

Lora& Moi doesn’t take back any engraved or custom items, single pieces, etc.

Are the return costs at my expense?

The products must be returned by registered post to the postal address mentioned under« Contact » of the website www.lora-moi.ch. If the Customer wants to return items he doesn’t want to keep, he must take the entire responsibility of the risks linked to the return of the products, except if Lora&Moi has made a mistake in the delivery so that the products must be returned. In this case, the return costs will be refunded to the Customer.

How to get a refund?

According to your wish, items that have already been paid will be refunded in cash, to a bank or a postal account, exchanged or credited to your account.

What if I had a promotional voucher for this order?

For coupons and promotional offers valid from a certain amount of purchase, the offer lapses if the amount of your return no longer fulfils the conditions of the purchase. This is particularly the case for partial returns of products.

Example:

You get 20% discount for a purchase of at least CHF 100.-. You order for CHF 120.- and benefit of the 20% discount. After receiving your order, you wish to return a part of the goods for an amount of CHF 40.-. After your return, the total amount of your order is only CHF 80.- (without the promotional offer). The conditions are no longer fulfilled and you can no longer benefit from the initial offer of 20% (The offer is cancelled).

All details you provide are exclusively used to ensure the commercial relations between Lora&Moi and you. If you want your account to be deleted, you can send us a simple request by mail.
